Cast iron seasoning oil
A high-heat oil for seasoning and caring for cast iron grates and pans. Apply thinly to the clean, dry iron and heat it, that builds the protective patina against rust and gives the non-stick effect. Re-oil thinly after every cleaning.

Good to know
The easiest time to clean the grill is while it is still warm: burnt-on residue comes off best then. Let the grate glow briefly after grilling, brush it down roughly, done. For stubborn crust, soak overnight. On stainless steel work in the direction of the grain, on cast iron use no dish soap and oil it lightly after cleaning.
